One month before the expiration date of your account, you will receive an email from our company advising of pending site deletion and account termination. Should you wish to relinquish your site, you need do nothing. If you wish to continue use and rental of your site, you should renew your account using the online control panel. Please note, your account will remain active for a period of one month from termination, during which time you will receive weekly reminder emails from our company to prevent incorrect account deletion. Please note – by signing up to 2haveand2hold.com and activating your account, you agree to receive these emails. These emails are for reminder purposes only – they are not, nor should they be deemed to be, spam. a) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED You may only use the purchased product(s) for your own wedding. You have to purchase the template again in order to serve another occasion. b) MODIFICATIONS You are not authorized to make any modification to our products to fit your purposes without prior written consent from our company, other than using the Sitebuilder software provided with your website. All code elements, design and colours should remain in the style authorised by the company and selected by you at the start of your contract. c) UNAUTHORIZED USE You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company. d) ASSIGNABILITY You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from 2haveand2hold.com. e) OWNERSHIP You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. f) COPYRIGHT All designs are copyright of 2haveand2hold.com You may not use our designs (in whole or in part) for your own purpose without prior written consent from 2haveand2hold.com.
